Susan is a certified personal and professional coach and trainer with many years experience working with individuals and families to help build resilience, confidence, and enhance a general sense of well-being, especially in seasons of challenge and change.
Susan specialises in assisting individuals and families who are facing challenges or perhaps find themselves in a period of life where they want to make changes but don’t know where to start. It can be difficult to identify the next steps towards positive change, direction and life fulfilment.
Susan’s coaching style facilitates a trusting relationship where you can begin to explore your personal strengths and values, gain insight and understanding and begin to make changes that will make all the difference to your overall sense of well-being and provide a more positive outlook for the future.

School Avoidance Coaching (EBSA)
School Avoidance Coaching, also referred to as Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) coaching, is a specialised service offered by Susan to address the increasing challenge of children who are avoiding school due to emotional distress.
Insight and Practical Skills: Gain insight and practical tools to facilitate positive changes in the face of EBSA.
Honest Appraisal: A dedicated space to examine school avoidance situations with honesty and curiosity, rather than judgment.
Confidence Building: The process is designed to foster a renewed sense of motivation and confidence for those navigating these difficult issues.
Fostering Independence: Parents gain the skills needed to assist their children in managing social anxiety and isolation.

Neurodiversity Coaching
Neurodiversity Coaching is a specialised, strengths-based, and holistic approach designed to support individuals by honouring their unique ways of thinking, feeling, and sensing.
It is action-oriented and future-focused and emphasises building concrete skills to navigate daily challenges, such as executive functioning, goal clarification, and time management.
The focus is on your innate abilities and prioritises autonomy, allowing you to lead the planning process and define what success looks like for you.
Ultimately, it provides a collaborative partnership creating a safe relational space for you to explore your authentic self.
Workshops
Susan currently offers two workshops
An eight week in-person programme
Assists parents and carers whose children are experiencing school and social avoidance. The workshops are educational and experiential. They provide a non-judgemental, safe space where participants are encouraged to discuss issues pertaining to EBSA and how to address these issues within the family and social environments.
Online option:
Susan also offers online workshops to assist with everyday challenges. These are usually run as 90 minute sessions and include the role of anxiety and stress, communicating with our teens, building resilience, and much more.
