  • - Susan B.

I had the pleasure of working with Sue for life coaching. I was taking on a new job after maternity leave and started to panic about the upcoming life change (leaving baby at home with childminder and new position) Sue was incredibly easy to approach and had great communication skills. She listened to my anxieties and we came up with a plan to relieve the pressure I was putting on myself, to be the best mom and also earn an income. Sue helped guide me through my fears and helped me make a plan for work and my home life. I felt then that I could take on the new job with more faith in myself and my abilities. I would highly recommend Seedfaith coaching!

I worked with Susan when facing an issue at work. From the start I felt heard, validated, and understood. I was re-centred, refocused, and regenerated, feeling lighter mentally and generally ‘levelled off’. Most importantly, I was equipped with new tools and skills that will help me reach my personal goals. I highly recommend Seedfaith Coaching for anyone looking to make positive changes in their life.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the support that Seedfaith Coaching has provided my family. Sue has been a life-saver in helping us navigate through some of the most difficult times. She has helped us to cope with social anxiety and isolation, as well as provided parental support, and given me the skills to help my child become more independent. We would be lost without her!

"Sue was recommended to me by a close family member at a time when I was going through professional upheaval. Our first sessions were really peeling back the layers and building a relationship of confidence. This led to a realisation and acceptance that I needed to change my perception on some situations in my life. The best thing that I took from my coaching sessions with Sue is that it is ok to say no to people! The sessions with Sue were never invasive, Sue guided the sessions in a very positive way. Sue did not impose any opinion or give advice on particular situations but her approach helped me gain insight and find the solutions myself. I would highly recommend Sue :) ."
